Flat Stanley came for a visit
While I was out in Elk River at my parent’s house, Flat Stanley showed up for a visit. We took him out to the river (hence the name Elk River) and got a picture of him.

Nummy Croutons
This is the recipe from 128 Cafe for the lovely croutons they put on their Caesar Salad.
Croutons
Crusty Baggette, cubed
Olive Oil
Minced Rosemary
Minced Garlic
Salt and Pepper
Toss bread cubes with rest of ingredients. Put on a jelly roll pan and spread into a single layer. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees convection.
